"Harvest All", "Weed All" and "Water All" no longer work
When I tell my Sim (Gardening level 10) to Harvest All, she will only harvest one plant and not the others in the vicinity. The same goes for weeding and watering. My garden has been fine for six generations of this family and I''ve never had sims not be able to auto queue plant related actions like this. When I went back to an old save (I back up daily) the bug wasn't there, so I resumed from that point, but it's just cropped up again. My garden is huge so manually harvesting and weeding every single plant wouldn't be practical and I'd like to have the old functionality back.
I have restarted my game, repaired my game, reinstalled my game and removed mods. The problem persists.

Start a new game and check if in the new game without mods and CC you will have the same problem. The current save can be bugged.
