Having problems outdoor retreat

I have Sims 4 outdoor retreat but I can't take my Sims camping there is no option on phone or computer. Granite Falls says there are no rental units world not usable I have repaired and reinstalled the game and nothing helped what do I do?

moved to general section, doesn't sound like a bug.

Did you try renaming user folder yet ?

Did you install today's patch ? Are you using any mods in your game ?

Yes updated I don't have any CC it still says this world is unusable because there are no rental units left. Change a lot back into a rental unit in order to have it be usable again

Can you start a new game for testing purposes to see if you have the same issue ?

Sounds like something is off with the installation

Just did still the same I have all the stuff items the tents camp fires etc

That worked thanks now I can play it properly

I had to start a new game for it to work. I just upload my current family to the gallery, made a new game, downloaded my family from the gallery and placed into my current game. That is if you want to keep your current family

If having an issue then please create a new thread with as much info as possible.
