Shermansnan The system restore may have wiped your saves and other user data. Hopefully it simply moved or renamed the data though. Here's how you can search for it:

The pop-up about an unrecognized video card is also due to your user data disappearing. You're only supposed to see the message once, but the file that holds the flag that you've already seen it is Options.ini, and that is stored in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 along with the rest of your user files.
