Help! Game crashes nonstop. long info

    l4rmpecvszq4​  I'm a little confused here.  If you tested new sims in a clean user folder with no mods at all, how is your adult mod playing any role in the crashing?  I understand that it could also be causing some crashes, but it shouldn't be the source of a crash with sims who've never been exposed to it.

    If you do get another crash, try disabling CPU Turbo Boost in the BIOS Advanced settings.  It might be called something slightly different, but it should be there somewhere; exactly where depends on your motherboard.  This default overclocking setting frequently causes random crashes on high-end Intel processors like yours, and if a BIOS update doesn't help, the setting needs to be turned off entirely.

    Believe me, I am UTTERLY confused too. No matter what I do, crashes happen left and right, either with the Sims in front of me or Sims away. So far, I've removed ALL of the WW traits, relationship bits, etc, out of my Sims by removing the whole file/profile save out, but in the end, I'm still crashing with repetitive looping issues.

    After long, painful hours checking on my RAM, resetting EA again, mods, etc, it turned out what you suggested is right: it was the turbo boost that was causing the game to crash. At first, I had a few diagnoses of my issue, gaslighting, it was WW, and its personality traits.
