For Rent and Adventure Awaits are telling me that I neeed to download. These packs were a gift which I submitted a code for to get them. I don't remember seeing the download button for them when I entered code. I am not seeing anywhere that I can download them. My account name is DSimsmom.

Sorry, I didn't consider the other screen shots. What does the Ea app say about the two packs? Does it say you own the packs but there is no button to download? Maybe it could help to use the EA App Error Reporter.

Community ManagerI don't understand why I have to go thru all of these. Your system shows that I own it. This was purchased last Tuesday. I made the error and didn't hit the download button. There was no promotional content for these packs.
