Help me game is crashing/not loading :-(

I’m having an issue with my game. I have zero mods and all my add ons are bought through EA. I have only one custom content house in my game but I deleted it because I felt that’s when my game starting not working? I’m not sure even what happened but I am not getting the notifications in the top left corner when completing things, game will completely freeze to the point where I have to force quit or just restart my computer. I think I can play maybe 20 minutes before the game freezes or doesn’t allow me to click anything. (Soft locking??) I scanned and repaired everything in EA. Cleared my cache out and updated drivers on the computer. Really bumming I’ve never had an issue if someone has any idea? Thank youuuu.

    lilpickle71​  Does this happen in a new save too?  I'm not saying you need to abandon your current save, only that this is a useful comparison.

    If the new save is fine, try playing a different, previously-unplayed household in your main save, and let me know how it runs.

    If the new save is affected too, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
