help my sim is stuck

Try resetting the sim, and the bed.
Enter testingcheats true, then shift-click the sim/boject and choose reset.

Or delete the bed if that does not work. Once when I did this (my sim was standing on a table) the sims just stood on another object of the same type other wards, so I had to delete two of them.

In addition to what @CMeki suggested you can also try (with testingcheats true) shift click on the ground and select Teleport here. Or you can choose to travel somewhere with the affected Sim and back. 

To enter cheats press CTRL + SHIFT + C.
