help!

 I have reinstalled and uninstalled the sims4. I've run it as administrator moved saves to the desktop and put it back, i still can't get it to run. I've even repaired it. i don't know what else to do. Every time i load it up, all i get on the home screen is gallery and options then crashes. it all started when the sims delivery wouldn't download then i tried all the things i looked up nothing has worked ☹️ i have it both on steam and the EA app. when i load up the EA app it always said i need to repair it then i repair the sims4 it also says i need to repeatedly repair it.
