downloaded Life and Death try to open and i get this, no mods or cc in my game

GenX_Simmer This is typically antivirus-related, and Windows Defender would be running if you didn't have another AV installed. (You could disable Defender, of course, but it's not a great idea to go without any protection at all.) For Defender, please either disable Controlled Folder Access, or set exceptions for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64. They're all here:
