I need to do this to see if it will fix my Origin. I obviously accessed this link http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/delete-origin-cache-files/ but I don't know which files inside the Origin folder to delete. Help pl0x?

Well, ok. I did that, THEN I also disabled my firewall and antivirus AND ran Origin in admin mode and also repaired Sims 4. Clicked Update and it said "Folder in Use" and then this popped up too http://prntscr.com/53qiez

Did you already reinstall Origin ?
Does that file exist on your computer ?
Open your task manager and check if a ts4.exe is running. If so, kill it.
Also check if that client.exe is running
Restart your computer and make sure Origin is NOT running.
Then check if you have any processes related to ts4.exe or Origin running by opening the task manager. If there are any, kill them.
Restart Origin as admin and try again.
Right, so I restarted my laptop.
Then I went to task manager and ended Origin, as well as one other file that had "client" in it. I double checked it and no files to do with TS4 or Origin. I then went and opened Origin as an admin. Then I went to the Sims 4, repaired the game. Clicked update and it still says "Folder in Use".
I'm sooo confused..
It is. Does it say which folder is in use ? The Origin one or the Sims one ?
