I bought Outdoor Retreat and it disappeared

I bought The Sims4 Outdoor Retreat .I installed it and played with no issues, however my sims began freezing  whilst the game and world around them still ran. Believing this to be a problem with installed mods I disallowed their use and then lost Outdoor Retreat. It's nowhere when I play and The Sims4 it says I can purchase it in game. I searched Origin, emptied the cache files and tried to reinstall using the productcode but it said it had already been used. It's nowhere, please help.

    @allycaat From what I can see Outdoor Retreat is linked to your account. If you right click the Sims 4 game tile in Origin client and select 'View Game Details' does the game pack show there? If it does go back to 'My Game', right click the Sims 4 game tile and select 'Repair Game'.

    Hi Kristi,

    Thanks for responding. I left clicked on my Sims 4 Game and the only expansion connected to it is Back to Work, which I purchased previously, and Outdoor Retreat is available to purchase. I left clicked and selected repair game and it seemed to repair it, however Outdoor Retreat still isn't available. ☹️

    Same thing. It's showing in my owned dlc packs, but the game isn't recognizing it. Tried repairing, and that did nothing. I was in the middle of installing it when there was apparently some network issues or maintenance on your end about an hour ago, so that might be the culprit.

    ...And just as I finish typing that Origin gives me a download notification. Never mind...

    I read your original post and I noticed that you said that when you try to redeem a code in Origin, it tells you that the code has been used already. If you still can't see the game in owned DLC's it could mean that you redeemed the code on a different account. Unfortunately we won't be able to help you with this, but if you contact customer support and provide them with your product code, they will be able to search for the account and help you further. 

    How to contact EA advisor:
    - Visit http://help.ea.com/ and log in with your Origin account
    - Click on help with a game and choose the game you have an issue with
    - Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on contact us
    - Select your appropriate platform and click next on bottom right
    - Select a relevant topic and add more info into the section Tell us a little more, then click Next
    - You will then have the option for Live Chat or Email or a Call Me Option!
    NOTE: not every option is always available. It depends on your location, the time of the day and also on the options you select

    @allycaat

    if your having difficulty contact CS for example wait time is X amount but never seems to go through try clear the internet cache and or switching browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE or Firefox

    except if your on a Mac IE works hardly at all to zero
