I cannot place objects in Build/Buy

if i remove my mods and put it back in will it help? or is it to test if that's the culprit? also once i remove my mods how do input them back in?

@josiesimmerrr  Yes, this is to test whether a mod is the culprit, so removing your Mods folder and immediately putting it back won't help.  If the game works with no mods at all, you can put the individual mods back in batches, testing each time, or use the 50/50 method if you have a lot of them:

i've feedback this issue on 31st March.

Since my sims4 the updated, i'm unable to purchase the furniture in my game play. I've tried update game & repair game, the issue unable to resolve. Help pls

@lynnling10  Try removing the Better Build/Buy mod.  If you don't have it or that doesn't help, move your entire Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache.package, and test.

I’m just coming here to echo what lots of people are saying, in case someone is coming here looking for answers. Removing better build buy mod (or updating from Twistedmexi) is what fixed the issue. 

After latest update I can´t place anything in build mode! I´v tried to remove saves and cache, repired my game. Nothing works.

@LoboBaba Hello! Do you have any mods in your game?  If so, you probably just need to get the updated versions, specifically TOOL and other BuildBuy mods that broke with the last patch.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have CC and Mods in my game and when I want to edit or furnish a house I can’t pull any objects from the items menu. But it does would if I take my CC and Mods out of my game. But CC makes my game playable for me. This started happening after the March 2021 update
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t drag/grab objects from the item menu in Build and Buy mode
What do you expect to see? I should be able to furnish my house but I can’t because I can’t grab objects from the item menu in build and buy mode. But it does work when I don’t have CC in my game but CC makes the game playable for me.

I can’t grab/ drag objects from the item menu in build and buy mode. This started happening after the March 2021 update. When I remove my CC and Mods the bug doesn’t occur but CC makes the game playable for me. Please help
