I cannot place objects in Build/Buy

Thanks so much! I deleted Origin and Sims from the computer and redownloaded it.. Everything seems to be working just fine now!

I don't know how to make a new post but I need help. So, I play on PC with custom but zero script mods. Once the patch update (March 23 2021) came out, my build mode stopped working. I cannot drag things out from the catalog and have repaired my game with custom content disabled and repaired with my custom content enabled. What do I do?

After the newest bunk bed update, when I enabled mods again, I couldn't place objects in build mode. Everything works fine without mods and cc, but I want to keep my mods if possible. I updated important mods that might have caused the problem, and still nothing is working. I decided to look through my other mods to see if they needed updating and I found one that did, but I haven't checked to see if it is working. (I haven't had the time to load up my game, I will check later) Is there a way to fix this while keeping my mods and cc, and not uninstalling The Sims 4? (I would prefer to not uninstall so I don't lose my sims and builds, since I haven't uploaded them all to the gallery and some of them I have played for a while and I would like to keep that game-play and their stories) Sorry if that's a little confusing.

It's purely about updating them - it's possible that the creator's of the mods have not yet updated them for you to download.

Okay, I'll look through all my mods again and see if I missed any that needed updating, and I'll wait a few days to see if any more need updating. Thanks.
