When I enter the game it keeps giving me some error code and telling me to restart the game, when I do that and enter again it does the same thing, and when I want to play with the sims it crashes and says these things, I have no idea why it does this.
snotFi Please post screenshots of the error codes you're getting. I'd like to see each one.
Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
