I got Get To Work for free now it has just been taken from my account

It sounds like you were previously accessing Get to Work using an EA Play/Xbox Ultimate membership- if your membership is no longer active, you'd lose access to that pack. You'd need to fully purchase Get to Work or renew your membership in order to play again.
