I keep getting the "Can't run The Sims 4 with the video card in this system...."

blaisecager626  Sorry for the late reply; I've been away from the forums for a while, and there aren't many other people responding in this forum.

Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

Please also let me know what antivirus you use.
