I purchased a game and it won't show up.

Question

I purchased a kit through the EA app, I have the confirmation email and all but the EA app is telling me I haven't purchased the kit. I'm so confused.&nbsp;&nbsp;

snagbag12&nbsp;Select the Sims 4 in your Library. Click Manage, Manage Add-Ons scroll to the pack you purchased and click the download button.
