I purchased a game and it won't show up.

I purchased a kit through the EA app, I have the confirmation email and all but the EA app is telling me I haven't purchased the kit. I'm so confused.

Select the Sims 4 in your Library. Click Manage, Manage Add-Ons scroll to the pack you purchased and click the download button.

Try clearing the cache for the EA app following these steps. If you're still not seeing your kit then, let me know!
