So I updated my game, but now I can't see my sims. When I go to edit my sims, I can't see them but the mouse controls are fine and when I go to play a household, the game can't seem to get past the loading screen. How do I fix this?

@bcampbell2117 Did it work? I tried @MiaLopez3023 method but it did not work for me. I'm not sure how to resolve this problem
