I updated the Sims 4 and now I can't see my Sims

If the solution given above did not solve the issue with the sims that have disappeared, could you please attach a DxDiag in your reply? :3 

In case this is necessary: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/ 

A DxDiag will help us see whether it might be a hardware issue and will surely aid us more than just guessing what can fit the case you've experienced :3.
