The new stuff doesn't appear, my game says I have "new decorations to see" and NOTHING appears, literally my game has been so * up that I don't even want to play that *. What do you expect to see? @pseudonimoaliceThere is so much of it that I don't even know what came with updates and what didn't. Sorry, I'm a builder - not a sim creator. But if these objects appeared - then they all appeared.To be sure that everything works fix the game on OriginOrigin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.

That sounds rough. I moved your post from the bug section to the technical support section so we can figure out why the updates aren't working for you.

To help us understand the specific issue you're facing, could you share a little more about what is happening? You mentioned you are not getting the updates. Are they not downloading for you? Alternatively, are the updates appearing to install but you don't have access to the items from that update?

Yes the update appears and downloads but yes the stuff coming with the update doesn't appear!! And I'm really mad about that, it's happening sense the positive challenge!

Thanks for the update.

Let's see if we can figure out what version your game currently shows. The one you listed in the bug report doesn't match the version number structure, but that's alright. Let's take a look and find out which one it shows for you.

In your File Explorer, click on the Documents folder

Click on the Electronic Arts folder

Click on the The Sims 4 folder

Open the GameVersion.txt file

Please let me know the full number that shows in that file. I look forward to hearing from you!

When you're looking for the items, are you using search or a filter, or are you scrolling through the item list?

I did all the above and nothing new appears. Seriously, I want to play and with this going on for months now I'm really upset!

You should know that all "gifts" that come with the update are not marked as "new" in your building and buying panel. They look like you have them for a long time. Only in CAS, the clothes are marked so. You probably have everything that the updates have added but you not recognize this.

The thing is nothing appears even when I search the items or anything. And in CAS nothing appears to. I appreciate your help, but yeah, my game is with a problem that has been going for months, and I explained on the first comment, it appears the star icon at the decorations (building mood) and nothing new appears. It's a really weird bug or problem idk I just want this fixed to play and enjoy the new stuff that has come out the past months.

The star icon may appear, but that doesn't mean that new things will be marked with anything. They never are. They can only be found when you know what object you are looking for. Turn on game base options - and look for what coffee tables you have. If you have a round table there, then you have these objects.
