I was wrongfully charged multiple times for purchases I did not receive.
My account was overcharged. I made the initial purchase of $77.67 with 4 packs for the sims 4, and only one checked out. It said the other three were not checked out of cart or purchased, so I went to buy them. I made three orders because they wouldn’t purchase all together. I spent $77.67 the first time for 4 packs (I only got one). I paid again, $62.74 for 3 packs. Then, I payed $26.46 for one of the packs I had already bought but did not receive. Doing the math, I was overcharged $89.20. I would like my money back.
On an additional note, while I was going through the refund tool, I saw multiple charges of the same packs back in 2022. I fear it may be too late for me to get my money back for those. I did not realize until today. At the very least, I want my money back from today, but it would be very nice and greatly appreciated if I could have my money back for that instance too.
