DontTouchMyTea Some builds broke with the For Rent patch or in the time since. Does the infinite loading screen happen with the same builds all the time, and not with others? If so, then the builds you're trying to use are likely among the broken ones.
For the infinite saving, have you added any content from the Gallery or your own library to these saves? Here again, does it always happen in the same contexts, and not in others, e.g. you can't save when one lot is active but you can when you're on another lot?
sry for late reply but yea it was like this, it was always the same kinda lots, i could save the game when i was on different lots just fine but on those lots it was either hit or miss, i think the game just struggles to handle lots that have a lot of items.. though then im wondering how those people even managed to build those to begin with
