Infinite Loading Screen

EA figure this out please, I have tried everything I have found with your responses to people having the same issue! I have had the infinite loading screen problem for five days now, I have tried deleting the app, all my mods, the EA app, and then reinstalling everything and nothing has worked. This is so frustrating that no one on your team has given any other advice or things to try. Stop giving every single player with this issue the exact same answer, and then repeat your selves when it doesn't work, or thinking we did something wrong when we did everything you have said to the last key. Again, please figure this out, and stop giving people the same advice.

  • CydTheBoneless  That's actually exactly what I was asking.  I understood that the first loading screen was fine and the second one was the issue.  My questions are, 1) if you create a new save (not new sims in an existing save), does the game work; and 2) if you click Load Game rather than Resume, and choose a different household, can you load into that household?

Please also provide a dxdiag.  Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

  • CydTheBoneless  Does this happen in all saves, in only one save but for all households, or for only one household?  If only a single household is affected, can you move the sims to a different lot and load them there?  You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.

Its not that, it will get through the first loading screen but when I press resume on any of my saved games it gets stuck on the loading screen. I have also tried creating a new household, but instead of the sims loading screen it just goes white.
