Though I live in the US and preordered the Sims 4 in the US, I cannot preload it because It says it's preload date is sept 1st and launch date is the 3rd. This isn't fair, I specifically preordered for this reason. Can someone help me with this?

    my preload was suppose to start yesterday and its not even starting right now
