Intro Music Not Playing

Okay, so ever since the August 19th update, I’ve been having trouble with my game, just like everyone else. Whenever my game loads, the Intro sound doesn’t play. You know, when the ‘Sims 4’ Logo pops up and the Plumbob. Yeah, it doesn't play.

So I thought that maybe it was script mods of mine that weren't working. I took out all of my folders and loaded the game clean. So after I took out all of my Mods and CC the Intro Music would play. So I decided to put the folders back one by one and each time they would play. For example, I put in my body presets and the intro sound would play for those.

When I get to my Furniture, Clothes, Hair things like that it stops playing. So I removed everything that was working and put it in a separate folder, and I put the stuff that wasn't working into another folder. 

So I started with furniture and put most of those things into separate folders. At first, I didn't want to do the 50/50 method but  I knew it was gonna take too long knowing that I have like a lot of items in that folder but it seems like I had no choice so I did it anyway. And I'm not gonna lie I did some folders over 50. 

So once I tested each folder one by one the sound played each time I went into the game. Which didn't make any sense to me, so once I put all the furniture items back into their folders the intro music didn't play. Maybe because I didn't do all of them 50/50, who knows? But I was so over it and it's like I can't be still working on a folder because I still have other folders that still need to be looked at.

I just hope someone can help me if they've ever experienced this.
