Yesterday was my first time launching my game in a while, however when I tried launching it from Origin I got the message below. I've tried restarting my pc, repairing the game on Origin, I've uninstalled any programs that I recently installed, and I've repaired/uninstalled/reinstalled both the vcredist_x64 and x86 files. The game itself is also up to date, I don't know what else I can do.
@Simologist Did you specifically uninstall and reinstall both the x86 and x64 versions of the 2013 VC++ runtimes? If not, or if you're not sure what you did, please try it now.
Hit Windows key-i, select Apps, scroll down to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, click on each of the versions from 2013, and select Uninstall. Don't touch the ones from any other year. Then download new versions directly from Microsoft:

You can skip the _arm version, which is for a different class of device, but definitely install both x86 and x64, even though you have a 64-bit OS.
If that doesn't help, please clear Origin's cache and repair Sims 4 again, just to be thorough.

After rebooting, please go through the Task Manager looking for any apps that don't need to be running, anything from RGB control software to MSI Afterburner or similar. Some of these programs don't respond to a clean boot, for whatever reason, but they need to be disabled as well.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@Simologist Your dxdiag lists a few different kinds of system errors, which may or may not be related to Sims 4 but are worth addressing regardless. Please run a couple of basic checks of your Windows system files. Here's how:
Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates.
Please also run the .NET repair tool, which you can download directly from Microsoft:

If you get an error at any point, please take a screenshot and attach it to a post. Hit Windows key-shift-S and drag your cursor over the section of screen you want to capture. Then open Paint and crtl-V to paste the image.

@Simologist The list of logs is what was sent to Microsoft; there's no real information in that list, although the individual logs might be helpful. As for DISM, it ran to completion on the first try, and on the second, it errored out because the command was pasted twice, so that's nothing to worry about.
When you try to launch Sims 4, do you get exactly the same error as before, as in it mentions MSVCP120.dll? If it now mentions a different .dll, please let me know which one.
Please also take a screenshot of the list of VC++ redistributables that are installed on your computer, under Settings > Apps, and post it here.

@Simologist Try running the VC++ 2013 installers inside Origin's program files. Unless you changed the default location for Origin, the full file path will simply be Program Files (x86)\Origin. Inside the folder, there are six vcredist entries, two each labeled 2010 and 2015. The other two are for the 2013 runtimes.
For each of the 2013 versions, please right-click on the installer and select "Run as administrator." If you get an error with either one, let me know. Otherwise, restart your computer and try to launch the game again.
For the 2013 runtimes, do I select repair? Or should I uninstall and reinstall them?
