Issues with deleted mods reappearing

Hi,

Seems I've got a bit of a rogue mod situation. I modded in a UI cheat a little while ago that turned out not to work so I deleted it.

But now it keeps reappearing in my mod folder. It's not backing up to one drive so I'm unsure the cause of the issue? It's the only mod that I've had do this as well, I frequently delete and replace other mods and never have this issue.

Anyone had anything similar happen and know how I can stop it? It's not much trouble once I start up my game and notice it's bugging out I go in and delete the mod and I'm free of it until I next fully shut my laptop down. Just keep forgetting to check in the mods folder to see if it's there or not before I start my game up so I've been getting jumpscared by my game bugging out semi often.
