Fengjui This error is usually antivirus-related, specifically the antivirus blocking or quarantining one of the game's executables. Repairing restores the .exe file. I don't know why this would be related to Windows 11 updates, but perhaps the AV is updating at the same time. Or maybe you use Windows Defender and the problem is specifically Windows security updates.
The fix here is to set exceptions in your antivirus for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64; or the entire Bin folder they're in.
