laksmialiyya​  Please test a new save, for comparison's sake.

If the new save is fine, try moving the sims in your main save to a different lot.  You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.

If the new save is affected, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

It works! how could lot had such an effect on this...

laksmialiyya​  A large number of lots seem to be breaking completely or partially these days.  There are multiple causes, and it's not always possible to figure out which one applies in a specific case.  If you want to try to rescue the lot, you could delete one room at a time to see what helps.  When you find the right room, backtrack and start deleting objects inside it.

Use "save as" instead of "save" (as you quit and reload after deleting each room), so that when you find the culprit, you can go back to your main save and delete only the problem object(s) in that particular room.
