Legacy and Royalty purchase issue

My royalty and legacy pack will not show up for 3-4 months on the sims 4 and I have done everything suggested. repaired the packs, redownloaded, restarted my computer, logged in and out of the account. It says it is owned,  and shows up in my library but does not show up content wise once I open the game. Everything before the game in the library shows up as it should. Support was not able to help and I do not know what to do.  I was told a community manager would see this and fix it.  Please help.  Thank you.
