bluegadian Please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and list the status of your order: Completed, Processing, or Failed. If it's stuck Processing, you may be able to cancel the order and purchase again. The early-order bonus items are still available.

laylaa1021 Please run a search for the pack's folder. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP17 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then expand the window sideways so the full path to each folder is visible. Use Windows key-shift-S to take a screenshot, and attach it to a reply here.

I pre-ordered the game and installed it the day it was released. However, it says it is not installed in the game. When I look at the pack in EA Games app, it says that it is purchased and gives me the option to download. However, when I click on download, it just doesn't do anything. Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated!
