lost my sim families after moving from origin
After moving from origin to the new ea app I have lost every sim family I have ever made and was wondering why this happened.

@MMHorton214 It shouldn't have happened at all. Did you uninstall and reinstall Sims 4, or did the EA App prompt you to reinstall? Is OneDrive running on your computer (whether you use it or not), and if so, how full is it?
