Missing Badge for Frog Collection

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On the household collection page.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I finished the frog collection, I should get a brown badge, just like what I received when I finished other collectibles. But I can't find any new badges in my inventory. Moreover, I've finished 6 collectibles but on the right corner of the collectibles page, it still shows 5 out of 24.
What do you expect to see? I should get a badge for completing frog collection, and the total number of completed collectibles should change from 5 to 6.

I do not get a badge for completing the frog collectibles and the count for total completed collections is wrong.
