Missing Content on EA

Superpigspawner Sometimes people make a second account by accident, which is what I thought of when you said your username reverted—maybe the new username was actually a new secondary account. It's been a common problem since the EA App went to full release.
Having said that, if you have email receipts for your purchases, or you can find the purchases on ea.com (Account Settings > Order History), take screenshots and contact EA customer support to ask what happened to the content you owned. I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
