Missing DLCs in ea app: life and death and romatic garden (no email receipts)

Hello,

I am facing an issue where the EA App treats two expansion packs I previously purchased and played as unowned. The missing packs are "The Sims 4 Life and Death" and "The Sims 4 Romantic Garden Stuff".

Unfortunately, I bought these packs a long time ago and have since deleted the confirmation emails, so I cannot provide transaction screenshots. However, they were definitely bought directly on this EA account.

I have already tried standard troubleshooting, including clearing the EA App cache and repairing the game files, but the packs still ask me to buy them again.

Could you please check my account's backend transaction history on your end? The purchases should be tied to this profile. Please help me restore my access to these DLCs.

    Hey minifoxys03​, 

    Do the two DLCs appear on your Order History page? If not, you might've purchased them through another platform, such as Steam or Epic, so do check your order history there as well.

    Once you locate the transaction, please navigate to your Connected Accounts page to confirm that the platform you purchased the packs on is linked to the same EA account that purchased the rest of your packs. If it isn't, please follow these steps to link the platform account to your EA account.
