Missing features

Hey! I play Sims 4 on a HP laptop with CC files, but I have the Better Exceptions Mod to find/delete broken CC and never had issues before. Recently, some features disappeared from my game. For example, I can't add transitions or combine videos filed on the "Gotta Stream 'em All" Drone (Get Famous) anymore, and I can't apply full makeup to other outfits in CAS, I have to copy each item one by one. I turned off all mods, cleared cache, repaired the game, and it's still happening.

Is anyone else having this problem or were they removed as part of the recent updates?
