Susanies Please make sure you're in the correct account. Even if you think so, you may not be, as this is a very common issue post-EA App release. See the accepted solution of this thread for more information:

If you are in the right account, as confirmed by your Order History, you'll need to contact EA customer support, as described in that post, and ask what happened to your purchases.
