Missing Game Packs

Hey serenity4673,

If the pack is installed in the EA App under Library > The Sims 4 > Manage Add-ons, can you please check whether it is activated in-game under Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection? If the pack is deactivated there, you'll need to click 'Pack Selection,' choose the pack, then click 'Confirm' to reactivate it.
