Missing Game Packs

I saw that some people were having these issues a few years ago, but the solution didn't work for me. 

I purchased the royalty pack back in February and didn't have time to mess with the game afterward. But when I did, months later, I discovered that the EA app, where I purchased it through, recognized it as purchased and installed; the Sims Marketplace recognizes that I own the game, but the game itself refuses to understand that I have the content. The build/buy mode literally says that I don't have the content. I've uninstalled/reinstalled just the expansion pack before doing the same to the whole game. I've repaired the game, changed where it downloads to, made sure all mods were removed, deleted the cache, gone into the game files, etc. If you can think of it, I've probably done it. No luck. 

But it's just this one pack. I've bought other kits through EA and the marketplace since coming back with no issue. They are all showing. But not royalty. Does anyone know what to do with this? I paid full price for this and am frustrated that I have not been able to use it.
