Missing Get To Work
I bought the sims 4 in September of 2022. When I bought it the Get to Work pack was included in my purchase. I went to login to my saved game today and it says I need the Get to Work pack to play the saved game. This confused me because I already have the pack. Clearly, since the pack was used in the same game. I went to manage add-ons in my EA account and sure enough it isn't there.

Please first verify that your Xbox Ultimate membership is currently active. If your membership is active, please try launching The Sims 4 through the Xbox PC app- once you've launched through Xbox PC, you should be able to play via EA app again.
