Sims 4 won't load

Hi guys,

I need help, I played sims this morning it worked fine no crashes or loading errors. Come home this evening and installed the business and hobbies expansion pack, and then the problem started. Went to load the game got 15 seconds into loading then music started buffering then it would freeze and boot me back to steam can't even reach the menu. I've tried everything I can think of and NOTHING has worked. I've removed mods added them back uninstalled the entire game, redownloaded I've tried system config, I've even deleted the pack and requested a refund. I've never had a problem like this.
