Missing Household from Gallery!

I'm missing a specific household I created, not sure if there are others missing too. I uploaded this family back in December 2018. I also uploaded their house, and the house is still there. I already checked the custom content box, and I checked my library. I saw this family just a couple days ago and I was thinking about using them in my game, but today when I went to find it in my gallery, they are gone.

I even tried repairing my game just in case, but it didn't help. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the family, but it was an adult male and a teen girl. 

Any suggestions to help me find them?
