Sim Hub bar not appearing

Since the last update I have deleted my whole mods folder and downloaded mods that have been updated. I keep getting lastexceptions or lastUIexceptions but don't know how to read them. if someone could either tell me how to read them to trouble shoot myself or tell me how to fix this issue that would be great. I am not to sure how to tag this issue.
