Sims 4 freezing

As of recently, I've done everything in my power to figure out the issue revolving the sims 4 freezing completely leaving me no choice but to force shutdown my computer. Not sure what's going on but its the only game I cannot play on my pc. This pc is new with over recommended CPU, ram etc. for running this game yet I keep freezing. I've cleared cache, repaired the game, uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing is working.
