Missing Sims 4 content
Recently acquired a PC, downloaded the Sims 4, and signed into my EA account using my PS5 account login under the impression that all the packs I've purchased throughout my many years playing the game would be there. No such luck. Have I done something wrong? How can I access my previously purchased content from my PlayStation on my PC?

Unfortunately your packs won't transfer from PlayStation to PC. They'll still be there for you on PlayStation, but if you want to play with them on PC you'll need to get them again for PC.
