Missing Sims 4 Vampires Pack Due to 2023 Bundle Refund Glitch
Hello.
I am missing The Sims 4 Vampires Game Pack on my new laptop. I originally purchased this pack standalone on September 5, 2018. In October 2023, I purchased a Halloween Bundle that also contained Vampires, which was subsequently refunded. However, EA's automated database mistakenly deactivated my original standalone 2018 license along with that bundle refund. Can an EA community manager please look into my profile entitlements and manually refresh my standalone 2018 Vampires purchase? Thank you!
