my cas has a grey haze over it and can’t click

i’ve made 7 sims now in cas i’ve literally spent all day on this and i tried switching my sims occult but my screen got a grey haze over it, and i can’t interact with it, however my sim is still movi...

BigRatJess​  If you haven't already, try alt-enter to switch from fullscreen to windowed mode, or the reverse and back, and then see whether you can exit CAS.  You can also try clicking ESC to see whether that unlocks the game.

If that doesn't work though, there's nothing you can do.  Progress can't be saved in CAS.

    thank you, nothing worked so i had to admit defeat and i’ll just remake the household today and save to my library in between each sim lol
