My expansion packs, and digital downloads are not showing in my worlds list??

EL670419​  Again, for the performance issue, I need the full dxdiag saved as a text file and attached to a reply here.  I can't do anything with what you've posted.

And also again, for the missing worlds, does any of the other content that comes with those packs show up in your game?  I also need to know this before I can help.

No expansion packs are showing in my Sims4 worlds they are missing. yet are showing in the list in the App Origin.

As for your installed packs, are you saying that none of the worlds that come with these EPs are present in your game?  Do you see any other content from these packs?  Please check and let me know.  There are multiple potential issues here and I need to be sure which one you're seeing.

As you can see from the picture I have all in the list installed in my Ea App.

EL670419​  Which worlds are missing?  Do you see any other content from those packs in-game?

Please also let me know whether the packs are listed as installed in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons.  I'm not sure from your description if that's what you mean.

For the performance issue, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

Also while in Game play on Sims 4 , I am having to click on my sim 4 or 5 times and zoom in and out to bring up the menu of what I want my sims to do, it happens to all the household, its very annoying and sluggish.

These games are for Sims4..Sorry forgot to say.
