my game does not open

When I try to open The Sims 4, I get the message "It failed to start due to an error on our end." I've tried the following steps, but the problem persists: 1. I completely uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App and The Sims 4. 2. I backed up the Documents folder and cleaned the localthumbcache.package file. 3. I ran it as administrator and uninstalled mods. 4. I checked for EA App updates and performed a repair. 5. I temporarily disabled my antivirus and firewall. The game still won't open. Please check if the issue is related to licensing or authentication.

    when you tested without mods, did you rename your entire user folder or move the mods folder to the desktop and deleted the cache files ?
