kylef06 Please run chkdsk for all your computer's drives. I can't see how many you have because all of your dxdiags have crashed during that stage of information-gathering, so the info isn't listed. Anyway, here's how to run it:
- Click Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste "chkdsk /f /r c:" without quotes, and enter
- You'll be asked to allow a restart; say yes
- When the scan is done, use this guide to find the results
- Repeat for any other drive, for example use "chkdsk /f /r d:" without quotes for a D drive
You should be able to attach the report to a post as well. Running chkdsk will take some time, so you may want to leave it while you're doing something else.
